Djemdi
Since 2003, Djemdi seeks to combine two continents, Africa and Oceania by the instruments which represent them, djembé and the didgeridoo of the Australian Aboriginals. Djemdi, with a play always under tension with the listening of the other, creates a music of “fright”, based on the repetition and the evolution of the cycles towards always more force and of expression. Purely instrumental, Djemdi names all its titles by colors (yellow, red, green…), all symbolizing a climate, an environment favourable with the auditive and sensory voyage.
